P.S bulmers bring this back! the same way coke brought back vanilla!
Clean straw in colour, good brisk bead of bubbles. Smells a bit of apples so that must be good, quite dry and slightly bitter palate not much of a finish, but still much better than I’d expected! On offer at Morrisons at the moment, £1 for a pint bottle! DruncanVeasey (8426) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - JAN 25, 2013
Fizzing lager colour- even a little crescent of halo that persists. Rubber, palinka, slight horse aroma- more interest than expected. Sherbety sweet-sourness, licked latex (I’d imagine), hints of drying fruit skin. Pretty sour. Veers increasing close the teenage sickbowl. Half a bottle just about drinkable but I didn’t get that far.

568ml bottle - first time I’ve rated a cider, so not sure how this will go after 450 ales, stouts and beers. Aroma is strong, a bit on the vinegary side, Appearance is the one I’ll struggle with. I really don’t know how a good cider should look - it is golden, fizzy and headless. The mouthfeel is fizzy. Very fizzy. The taste is dry, apples and bitterness. Expected worse. leaparsons (10859) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - MAY 4, 2012
Bottle. Golden with steady carbonation. Aromas are apple juice with lemon and some yeastiness. Lightly woody. Flavours are crisp lemon with green underripe apple tartness. Tart to finish with some white wine dryness. Refreshing - lacks too much artificial character for a change.

Gold colour with a thin lacy white head. Smell of sour apple with a light sweetness, earthy. Medium dry body. Taste of sour apples with a dry sweet finish. Between the regular Bulmers and the Bulmers Crisp. tommann (4024) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - APR 4, 2012
568ml bottle. Pours gold with low carbonation. Aroma is musty, earthy apples. Taste has dry apples to start. Some sweetness in the finish. Better then expected.
