Poured a deep orange color, almost amber, with aromas of honey, light spice, flowers and herbs. Flavors were earthy and some honey with a touch of herbs and light spice. Decent mead overall, not the worst one i have had by far. JStax (6357) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - MAY 19, 2015
Sample pour. The mead is a darker amber. Good clarity. It smells strongly of honey and alcohol. The taste is more sweet honey. The alcohol still comes through, but not as much as the aroma indicated. Lingering sweet finish. SVD (1953) - NETHERLANDS - JAN 24, 2015
