Interesting is the best description I can give - the aroma is completely different than the taste, so much so it was hard to believe. The initial botanical / yeast hit is pleasant and rich, but it fades into a slight medicinal / acid note before the citrus kicks in. That middle flavour was not pleasing, but without that it would be a very fine beer.

750mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out shitloads of lime, followed by floral notes and light brett. Flavour is floral, with lots of brett, fruity esters, and light funk. Nice mix of funk and fruitiness. Excellent.

Bottle - Funky lime rind. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Lots of funk, lime and lemon with a touch of aspirin.

Hazy yellow pour, big white head. Aroma is big on key lime, but also very very tart, with some solid funk. Light barnyard aromas, wet hay and a sharp lime zest punch.. Lovely carb, nice mouth feel. Low bitterness, very tart and zesty, light herbs and light funk in the finish. Scary drinkable for 6.5, impressive stuff.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a giant off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry Bretty notes with some light lime notes is quite nice. Taste is a mix of dry Brett notes with some subtle lime juice notes, some tart notes with light funky yeast notes also discernable. Body is about average for style with great carbonation. Lime juice was not as apparent as I was expecting but good beer nonetheless.

[Bottle (750ml)] Pours a hazy bubbly yellow-gold with a large semi-lasting fluffy white head. Nice bretty and tart aroma with lots of citrus, some lactic notes and a hint of herbs. Flavour (8+) is exactly as it’s named, brett and lime, along with lactic notes and light herbs -- it’s tart but oh so easy to drink. Average bodied. Fantastic stuff.

Bouteille 750ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur jaune paille trouble, mousse blanche fuyante laissant une dentelle éparse. Arôme de Brett, lime, céréales, paille. Goût de Brett, malt, lime, zeste de lime, légère acidité. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.
