Smells a lil soapy, some hop smell that is both noticeable and light at the same time. Pours hazy and gold. Fruity sour flavours up front, kind of peachy, quite dry, a hard mineral astringent finish. Some elements not usually seen together in this beer, could be more refined but flavourful and fun. JoeMcPhee (10187) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 1, 2018
Murky, cloudy yellow pour with a white head. The nose is quite fruity. Loads of zesty fruit, lemon and citrus. There's a really bright fruitiness and a touch of tartness. Wheaty flavour. A lot of orange and mango sweetness as well as a bit of lactic character. Bright and zesty. Pretty tasty beer. Kauge (2143) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - SEP 20, 2017
Bottle from Burdock. Opaque darkish yellow with tight white head. Really lemony, the juicy aromatic hops coming across well, too. Tartness on tolerable level so it's quite quaffable. Chewy. Modest carbonation. A very good summery brew, the colder the better! MartinT (10239) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 5, 2017
My Bottom Line:robinvboyer (4836) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 30, 2017
This tart and refreshing brew develops plenty of lemongrass and citrusy tropical fruit notes in a smooth, comfortable body.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the cloudy blond.
-Mouthfeel is protein-smooth like a NEIPA.
-Drinkability is very high.
-Flavors are bright and engaging.
On tap at the brewpub. Hazy yellow, large white head. A perfect balance between a tart wild ale, and a juicy, hoppy hop forward pale ale. Loaded with hops, amd citric notes and solid wild, funk tart notes. A great blend of the two, refreshing and very enjoyable.

Bottle from the brewery. Like most Burdock beers, it delivers what the description promises - in this case, a light and bright pale ale with a juicy hops character and a mellow tartness to add refreshment. Nice lemon drop notes in the finish as well. blankboy (7921) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 24, 2017
[Bottle (375ml)] Pours a cloudy, very bubbly yellow-gold with a large mostly-lasting fluffy white head. Aroma of lightly tart citrus, lactic notes, yeast, light hops, a touch of salt and light herbs -- quite nice. Nicely balanced flavour of lightly tart citrus, light hops, light lactic notes and an average bitter finish. Average bodied. Enjoyable beer. Yes a tart pale ale, with a slightly mustly finish. Big unfiltered look, lasting white head on yellow juice body. Bretty funk aroma. Good drinkability. Bottle from the source. DerWeg (1760) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 9, 2017
If there is a Belle du Jour of beer styles this is kind of it. Cloudy and juicy fresh hops, plus accented by a gentle souring. Hops accented by whiffs of funky herbs and powdery citrus rind. Tart sour dry sweet fruity and delicious. Serious without being too much of a commitment.
