Very drinkable yeast and very significant raspberry flavour. Soft mouthfeel. More saison than tart. Lots of pink foam (as opposed to pink fuzz).

[9259-20170613] 750mL bottle. Raspberry juicy fruit aroma. Murky, dark pink red body with a quick foamy white head. Fruity raspberry juice flavour. Medium body is tart. Good. (7/3/8/4/14) 3.6

Light red color, cloudy, from a clear glass bottle. Some aroma of raspberry, soil, yeast, yogurt. Highly carbonated, some raspberry, some tannic bitterness, light residual yeast.

750ml bottle @ Matt’s. Pours a cloudy pinkish red colour with a thin white head. Nose is tart raspberry jam. Flavour is a semi-sweet tart raspberries with a lacto-esque character.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque cloudy bright pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out bright tart raspberries, light sweetness and a hint of brett. Flavour is very tart, with lots of puckering raspberries, light lacto and medium acidity. Fresh, tart and bright. Nicely done.

Oakes (19532) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 3, 2017
Pale pink and cloudy. This has a lot of fresh raspberry on the nose. Tart, lots of raspberry, touch of brett. Honestly not a lot of ale character. You don’t miss the hops with this one. Excellent.

[Bottle (750ml) shared w/ HogTownHarry, GregClow, jercraigs & mabel -- c/o GregClow] Pours a deep pinkish-orange with an average size diminishing frothy pinkish-white head. Lovely tart raspberry aroma along with some Brett. Flavour (7+) follows, also nice. Average bodied. Not a lot to say about it but it’s very good.

Lubiere (14326) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 1, 2017
A nice bubble gum red ale with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of raspberry jam, light acidity, light Brett, very nice and fresh. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of raspberry jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, nice and smooth, well balanced. On tap at Funkfest 2017.
