Second batch of this dry-hopped sour beer! Dry-hopped aggressively with Cashmere, Vic Secret, Citra. Drinks like freshly squeeze mandarin orange juice with lemon squeeze. Like our IPAs, very low bitterness, very large aroma.
375mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy opaque golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of floral dry hopping upfront and lacto. Flavour is quite fruity and floral, with lots of lacto, light stone fruitiness, and floral notes. Very lacto-y, with a floral and fruity finish. Decent.
Bottle from the brewery. Very hazy yellow with a nice and creamy white head. Aroma and (especially) flavour are both more sour than the first edition of Te - or at least they seem to be based on my previous rating - but the hops are still well integrated, and show off nice notes of citrus, guava, tart grape and elderberry. Nice crisp body as well, and super refreshing.
