COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our fourth batch of this dry-hopped sour beer! Dry-hopped aggressively with Vic Secret & Simcoe. Drinks like freshly squeeze mandarin orange juice with lemon squeeze. Like our IPAs, very low bitterness, very large aroma.

Fun zesty nose like many dry-hopped sour but the taste and mouthfeel are nothing special, bordeline watery. There's nothing off though so it's really easy drinking.

Bouteille (375 ml). Taux d'alcool 4,8 %.

bottle shared by mathieuc, thanks man. pours cloudy/milky light but bright yellow with a fluffy white head offering some retention and lacing. grapefruit zest, citrus powder, citra reminiscence oddly, crisp peppery wheat, creamy coconut, lightly bittering herbs, chewy yeast. moderate if not bright carbonation, light body - thin but not watery at all, dry and lightly tangy herbal-citrusy finish. solid and fresh dry-hopped tart ale.

Bottle at the new glass rinser inauguration. Cloudy yellow with no head. Lemon rind, some grapefruit and orange pulp, some light funk and resin, fades a bit with moderate carbonation and body, refreshing.

On tap @ Brothers Beer Bistro in Ottawa. Opaque cornflower yellow, compact white head. Very very fresh white grapefruit nose, some guava too. Bright, juicy hop driven palate, grapefruit up front but with some depth that gives up guava and lychee too, very lean dry malt structure, only modestly sour (more tart than sour, really), low-medium bitterness. Fantastic.

[Bottle (375ml)] Pours a murky yellow-gold with a large long-lasting frothy white head. Nice aroma (7+), sour, lactic and hoppy along with herbs. Pleasant sour and hoppy flavour along with lactic and lactose notes. Average bodied. Great stuff, I loved it.

Strong lactic sourness, loads of freshly squeeze lemon juice and orange zest. Great mouthfeel, effervescent carb. Tart, not sour finish with low bitterness and a butt load of more citrus notes. Great stuff.

A milky yellow ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of citrus pulp, resinous and piney hops, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet and sour with light lactic notes, resinous citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, silky mouth feel, nice and smooth. Bottle at Pushkinwows New squirter inauguration.
