375 ml bottle from brewery bottle shop. Pours a cloudy pale yellow colour with fairly large white head. Aroma is clove, herbs, straw and citrus zest. Flavour has fairly strong clove and herbal character with lemon/lime zest, straw and light graininess. Carbonation is fairly lively but fine. Nice.

Tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy straw colored pour, with a big white head. Aroma is loaded with straw, cucmber, hints of clove, light pine, slme grass and bits of pepper. Wow, great stuff! Clean, crisp mouth feel, great carb. Finish is clean, refreshing, medium bitterness. Great classic saison.

375mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out of clove, saison yeast, some light farmhouse character and lightly sweet cereal. Flavour is along the same lines, with a nice bright saison character, a touch of clove, some light cereal malt sweetness and a refreshing farmhouse character. For a non-wild saison, this is done extremely well. Vibrant and fresh. Excellent.

Bottle from the brewery. Golden with a very slight haze and a small white head. Fresh and inviting aroma of lime zest, cut herbs, a bit of clove. Flavour follows the aroma, with the slightly tongue-numbing clove notes getting more prominent as it warms up. Lively body, nice crisp carbonation. Nice stuff, really enjoyable.
