COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Name: Weizenbier Brauart: Obergärig Stammwürze: 12,8 % Alkoholgehalt: 5,4 % vol Zutaten: Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Weizenmalz, Hopfen, Hefe Saison: Frühling /Sommer Auszeichnungen: European Beer Star Bronze 2013

Trübes Dunkelgelb, fester, mittlerer Schaum. Ausgewogene Hopfen-Hefe-Fruchtaromen. Eher wenig CO2, cremig-malzig zu trinken. Genug Bananen, stimmig im süss-bitter Verhältnis, kaum Säure. Langer angenehmer süss-bitterer Abgang. Leichtrinkig. Mein after-longrun Weizen. Fein.

Bottle Thnx to the brewer ! Pours unclear yellow, good white head Smell is sweet, yeasty , fruity, with some malts . Taste is bit funky, grainy, buttery ( very ) , sweet malts . Typical German-ish yeast , which I usually don’t like . Weizen aint my favourite style at all, but this IS a nice beer ... Aftertaste is sweet, fruity ( oranges ? ) and very full and nice ! really drinkable , too .
