Dedollewaitor (16159) - Odense, DENMARK - AUG 26, 2008
50cl bottle: Pours pale piss yellow with a egg white head. Very dry. Grass & corn. Typical German notes. A bit harsh!

Bottle @ TFODRBSG, Ulfborg, 2008.
[thank you, Ungstrup]
Pours pale white-golden with a small, frothy, white head. Aroma is softly citric bitter with weak malts. Thin and watery. Sweet flavour, light brewing cereal and weak hoppiness.

Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUN 11, 2008
Light-golden with a nice, white head. The aroma has light notes of malt and fruit. The flavour is light too, it has a slightly dry bitterness, notes of fruit, hints of soap and light citrus in the finish. It’s quenching and OK, but IMO it should have had more body.

shrubber85 (11408) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - FEB 29, 2008
Bottle. Metallic barley malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head - moderate effervescence. Slightly sour barley malt flavor. Light grassy hops finish. Standard - nothing that stands out.

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 1, 2007
(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of nicolascage. Clear, pale golden with a lively, white head. Some aromatic hops in the nose. Medium body with notes of malt and cardboard. The finish is dry and bitter. Not exactly impressive. 201107

50 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with an initial dense towards diminished white head. Light fruity and hoppy aroma. Flavour holds a dry flavour and a decent bitterness into a dry finish. Solid brew.

Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - NOV 20, 2007
Bottled. Golden coloured. Malty and hoppy aroma with minerally notes. Bready flavour which turns to hoppiness. Bitter and dry finish. Crisp.

pivnizub (10619) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - OCT 23, 2005
Bottle: Straw golden coloured, thin but lacing white head; shy sweetish malty, nearly caramelly nose, distinct herbal hoppiness with a faint citrusy tinge; quite dry, moderate bitter flavour; slightly bitter, short aftertaste; non demanding, but well done, though......

JorisPPattyn (10002) - Ursel, BELGIUM - OCT 1, 2005
Golden colour, clear; with very fine just off-white head, leaving shards of lace. Creamy, chalky nose leading to grain and some sweet pale malts, lined by spicey-herbal aroma’s rather than hops. Garden herbs, flowery. Dry-herbal and hoppy flavour with just enough malts for balance. Just a bit nondescript sweetness in mid-flavour, finish is again light, but fine hoppy-bitterness. Light body, rather well-carbonated. Maybe undramatic, but nonetheless fine-balanced and even refined southern German Pilsener. Pity I couldn’t find this one on tap.

MoritzF (9901) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - SEP 2, 2005
(bottle) Clear yellow to golden colour with a thick and lasting foamy white head. Hoppy aroma with sweet malts. Initially light malty taste with a dry, slightly hopbitter finish, light to medium bodied. A smooth but all in all not a convincing Pilsener.
