60% rye. Looks like a dark hefeweizen. Thick head and lace. Loads of Bavarian wheat beer aromas. the palate is airy and refreshing. Very fruity and clean. Sweet but not cloying. Good acidity. A very good rye beer that is similar to a weizen. I wonder what type of yeast was used to ferment the beer?
