Can. Pours clear golden with foamy off-white head, faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, sweetish malty taste with little citrus flavor, thin body, long finish. Nice, not very bitter.

UPDATED: FEB 26, 2018 Pours rich golden and clear with a modest white head. Nose is citrus hops and sweet fruits with a touch of malt. Flavor is a burst of bitter hops that are quickly tempered by a fairly sweet and heavy bodied grain bill. Finish is very sticky and sweet. Good thick ipa

Taps clear amber with a serviceable eggshell head. Aroma features fruity, sweet and malty tones. Flavor delivers sweet fruity, fresh malt and subtle woody hop notes plus hints of honey and hay. Mouthfeel offers typical body and fizz. Gang up!

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/8/2017. Pours slightly hazy golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, grapefruit, lemon, lime, passionfruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, honey, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, fruity yeast, and moderate pale malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, grapefruit, lemon, lime, passionfruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, honey, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, zesty, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, grapefruit, lemon, lime, passionfruit, papaya, mango, melon, berry, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, honey, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, fruity yeast, and moderate pale malt notes; with a nice malt/bitterness balance; and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.3%. Overall this is a fantastic DIPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, fruity yeast, and moderate pale malt notes; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink; with the very mildly bitter/drying finish. If they didn't mention wild yeast on the can, I would have never known. All clean fruity Brett C going on, no funk. Blends with the hop profile perfectly. Insanely juicy hop/yeast complexity; balanced malts without feeling overly sweet/heavy for the ABV. Drinks like a NEIPA style. A highly enjoyable offering.

Pint can pours with an opaque glowing orange to gold body that supports a full off white head of foam. The aroma offers up mango, guava, peach skin, floral hops and then a crystal malt and biscuit sensation that pulls this thing apart. The taste delivers juicy mango, pineapple and tangerine and then getting into a bitter almost resiny pine hop bitterness and an odd modest sweet biscuit maltiness. The more I drink, so far, the better this is tasting. Interesting. Yep. This is growing on me.

Tap. Candy, citrus, sweet mess with some resin. Slick medium body, medicinal in the worst way. Gross. Assuming this is out of shape.

kramer (6990) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 29, 2017
Pours a hazy dark gold with a small wispy white head. The nose is big juicy tropical hops with some grapefruit and bready pale malt. The flavor is big bright and juicy hops with a moderate bitterness. Some sweet pale malt below, big the hops temper the sweetness pretty well. Medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Just a slight hint of alcohol on the back end. Pretty decent. 3/8/7/3/15

scotchzombie (634) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - OCT 16, 2017
Pours hazy gold with a decent white head that gradually fades to a rim. Aroma is sweet caramel and citrus. Taste follows with a bit less sweetness and flavors of orange. Very well-balanced caramel malt backbone. A bit sticky. Mild hop bitterness to close. Booze is well hidden. Really an excellent DIPA. Some may like more hoppy bitterness, but this is finely balanced. Great.

16 oz can. Pours a murky orange color with a frothy beige head. Mango and pineapple. Sweet, doughy malt. Finishes fruity and a little dank. ABV is present in the feel, but not overpowering. Fairly full bodied. Nice beer.
