Draft to taster at Burial during my trip. Pours a hazy orange amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have wheat bread, caramel, grass, lemon citrus, mild farmhouse funk, light florals, decent. Nate (4296) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 9, 2016

Looks like wildflower honey--cloudy, amber-orange. Fluffy sand-colored head has decent retention. Big, fruity Belgian yeast character: underripe pear, banana, golden raisins. Not as bright and peppery as it should be as a saison, but not too far outside the norm. Front of the sip has lemon, peppery spice, fruity sweetness, finish slams on the breaks with dry bitterness. Sticky sugars stick around on the tongue, but don’t add sweetness. Hyperactive carbonation, a little carbonic. Too heavy in flavor and body. Would be a better fit under Belgian pale ale, I think. jbruner (5560) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - JAN 19, 2016
Pours a hazy golden orange on tap with fluffy white head that dissipates slowly to leave moderate lace. Aroma and taste of nice saison esters, clean wheat and caramel malts, noble hop grassiness, and a hint of musty funk. Clean and easy, a really good representation of the style. tmongoose (2504) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - DEC 31, 2015
can to taste. poured a hazy orange color with white head. nice saison aroma but it was somewhat light. the body is mild to medium in texture and the flavor was ok for a saison, seemed a bit off but then this is not my favorite style. some fruit notes and earthiness but it just appears to be fairly typical for style. jcr (2801) - Jasper, Indiana, USA - DEC 23, 2015
Can. Amber body with a huge, frothy off-white head, lasting. Aroma of dust, toasted and raw grain, spice, basement. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet, moderately bitter and lightly acidic. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Lingering bitterness. with some vinegar notes. Dry finish with a light industrial, chemical taste. fluffy (2461) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - OCT 4, 2015
If ever there was a solid representation of a saison, this would be it. Really can't ask for better.
