COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Redundancy is sin. As brewers we have innocently made IPA for years, rife with simple barley malt bills and pungent grapefruit hop aromas. Stagnant no more, we molded this beer from our love for farmhouse fermentation, by using a wild strain of yeast and relying on the old guard of oats and wheat. This unique yeast produces a sweet fruity and tropical flavor that coaxes the tangelo, pineapple and sweet melon from Amarillo and Citra hops.

Draft at brewery. Pours golden with a white head. Leaves some lacing in the glass. Lots of citrus notes on the nose and tongue. Has some solid bitterness on the finish. Not bad.

Slightly hazy golden under a thin tight white cap, which gives off a leafy and west coast citrusy resin nose. Crisp and bright flavor that’s quite orange rind-y, a touch of grapefruit and pine, and a kiss of resin. Bright and sunshine and complexly hoppy, but has a smooth pale malt undertone to buttress so it’s not overbearing. Very delightful.

Very sharp and fresh pine. Some guava and some green onion. In keeping with trendy new east coast IPAs. Reminds me of Aslin a little. Pours orange with good head and lacing. Bitter finish. Tap at brewery.

draft at source..orange color..interesting ipa, not really picking up as much of the wild yeast strain here..light bodied, not as impressed by this as expected..getting some citrus for sure but the nose does not have that wow factor

Hazy light amber with a big juicy tangerine hop with a bit of apricot. Less bitterNess than expected.

Great IPA. Pours a cloudy orange with a decent head. Hops flavours are in your face- melon, citrus, pineapple- screams tropics. Nice balance to it with a pleasantly bitter finish. Touch of resin. Wild yeast strain makes it unique and a bit funky. Great. Want some more.
