So glad this is a local beer for me these days. Really great IPA that is readily available. Thanks BBCo. davidm (2080) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - MAR 22, 2013
Bottle from Blackhearts&Sparrows. Great, original taste. Aromas of berries, caramel. Taste is sweet, with light tartness, and long length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Blonde, with a frothy head. Tezminator (239) - AUSTRALIA - DEC 30, 2016
Nice aroma of passion fruit and pineapple as well as faint floral notes with resin. Taste is floral hops, caramel and sweet honey-like fig. Nice moderate lingering bitterness. I do not usually like sweet IPA’s, but I guess this is the exception. An excellent beer. mkel07 (5978) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - NOV 23, 2012
650ml bottle. Cracker of an IPA. Big bright orange colour with a thin white head that settles to a lacing around the glass. Strong pine and floral hop aroma that fills the nose and sets you up for what is to come. Flavour is very hop forward with a resinous aftertaste on the palate. ShaneJ (896) - AUSTRALIA - JAN 12, 2013
UPDATED: SEP 4, 2013 Bottle from Slowbeer (640mL). Slightly hazy light orange colour, very appealing in the glass. Aroma dominated by pine, subtle grapefruit and lavender (maybe, something floral anyway). Really nice hop flavours, balanced by some good malt sweetness, some warmth from the alcohol. Really liking this one.
Second helping from a 330mL bottle from Plonk. Same comments, think I enjoyed this one even more.

Lovely floral hoppy aromas. Pours a cloudy copper colour and has nice citrus flavours. An excellent IPA that is very easy to drink. doriangrey (47) - Diamond Creek, AUSTRALIA - MAY 24, 2017
Quite sweet but rich. Malty with a fruity dried fruit and fig backbone. An interesting take on the IPA with the hops quite restrained jdpeebs (686) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - DEC 21, 2012
Bottle- Nice dark orange colour.Great hop aromas. A well balanced beer. lovely hop bitterness on the finish. Davros (3183) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JUN 2, 2013
Pours amber with a fading white head.
Nose shows sweet malt, biscuity and bready malt with earthy, resinous and floral hops leading to orange marmalade characters.
Very similar flavours. Biscuity and bready malt, lots of sweetness followed by resinous hops and marmalade.
Carbonation is a little low.
Real nice understated English IPA.
