Tap. Pours hazy orange/copper with thin, creamy off-white head; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is biscuit and straw malt, lemon, grapefruit, light funk, floral hops, and light grassy notes. Flavor is sweet malt forward but quickly dominated by citrus esters and grassy hops; slight dank with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Serving: Draft at the brewery. Heavy gold pour. Loads of hops in the nose. The flavor has lots of herbals, slight pine, and some tropicals. Slight maltiness for body but a lasting bitterness. Nice IIPA. Beerman6686 (6611) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 18, 2012
This one poured a hazy bright orange with a white cover. Aroma was of grapefruits and some melons, some toasted malt, and some caramel. Flavor was decently bitter, nice medium fruity hop flavors but nothing mind blowing, moderately sweet but not cloying ith some nuttiness in there too. Decent.
