Tap at brewery. Pours clear copper with creamy off-white head. Aroma is cereal and caramel malts, toast, floral notes, and dates. Serving: Draft at the 45th Street Tap House. It pours a dark copper color with a nice light tan head. The nose has a good bit of caramel and malt. On Tap & Cask at the Brewery-On Cask-Clear amber pour w/no head. Woodsy, malt aroma w/some toffee & yeast. This cask was served a little warm, even by cask standards, but it was quite good. Cask treatment allowed malt to shine thru. On draft it was cloudier, and the carbination muted it a bit. Score is for the cask treatment.
