Bought in a restaurant, came in a Prosecco style bottle. Very dry, almost cider like. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle @home (rating backlog). Pours yellow/golden, slight haze, white head. Nose is funk, banana and esters, apples, cider. Taste is apples, spicy, floral, slight salt, slight caramel. Sour right at the end.

Subtle, but definitely grew on me with the sips, revealing more flavor. Hay, medium bitter, bit of citrus, some bread

On bottle from Vinmonopolet Sandefjord. Almost clear golden color , good foam. Medium aroma intensity; stable , farmhouse, citrus , some fruitiness and some barrel influence. Medium body & complexity. Good bitterness , some sourness - balances very well. Very enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at RBWG GT. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, yeast, earthy hop. Medium body, grass, lemon, grape, lingering dry finish, very nice.

100ml same from bottle. Pale gold and cloudy, with frothy lacing. Nose is sour-sweet, mid intensity, acetic. Taste is rich and sour, plus sweet from the barrels. Palate is decent, finish rather long. Very classy

Bottle as a birthday gift from Col. Cheers! Hazy straw colour with a thin white head. Herbal coriander aroma. The taste is light and refreshing with citrus, coriander and yeast. Nice.

Keg at Kernel for Zwanze 2016, as ’Burning Sky Saison Anniversaire’. Dark golden yellow, hazy, foamy white head, dotted lacing. Aroma is musty, champagne, melon, lemon, a little buttery. Body is light, tingly carbonation, smooth. Taste is spearmint, grapefruit, almost like Sorachi hop, some toilet duck weirdness going on, tangy with some booze showing up. Decent, interesting stuff.

Keg at the Kernel for the Zwanze. A bright yellow golden straw coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is soft saison yeast , lemon, straw, little brett funk. Flavour is composed of light grains, straw, tart lemon, pithy lemon, little funk, crisp. Palate is tart, London, spritzy carbonation, . Really good.

(Burning Sky Saison Anniversaire) Bottle 750 ml at home, served into a shaker, ABV 6.2% Yellow coloured body, mostly clear, with a small and thin white head on top, low retention. The aroma has saison yeast, grapes, white wine, grass, wood, cork, light alcohol. Nice taste with plenty of wine notes on it, white grapes, fresh grass, atouch of citrus, wood on the finish, light tanines. Medium thin body, nicely carbonated, pretty dry on the palate. Very good.
