COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg and bottle (750ml). First released in December 2016. This beer is a special release of our Saison à la Provision. To the already aged saison, we added a large quantity of whole gooseberries and continued to age in foudre for a further two months. The resulting beer is a sharp, fruit, funky-flavoured delight!

Eebria tap room. Keg. As Saison Riserva. 7.0%. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Airy palate with a fine minerally crispness. A little sweet malt. Sweet herbal fruits. Some spice and a little lemon. Light floral finish. Nice enough.

DWFAWB; Poured moderate, hazy yellow with a white, lasting, lacing head. Nose is moderat to heavy, funky, herabal, light berries and spice. Taste is medium sweet and bitter with a lasting warming, spice, finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Funky farmhouse aroma in a hazy yellow pour. Laid back tart profile with tangy citrus body and crisp clean finish makes this a dangerously delicious drop - and one of the best examples of the style I’ve had.

On bottle from Vinmonopolet Sandefjord. Pale slightly hazy golden color , ok foam. Medium aroma intensity; floral, citrus, light stable and some fruitiness. Medium body & complexity . Good bitterness , some sourness- balances very well. Very enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Kaapse 3rd Anniversary. Hazy pale yellow with white head. Sweet malts, very floral, sweaty sock funk, onion, bad breath smell, sour lemon, peachy yoghurt. Moderate sweet and light sour. Medium body, quite malty, soft fizzy carbonation making this an uplifting experience. Nice.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2017 ’Sharing’ bottle...tart, salty notes appear suddenly and finish cleanly. Sour berries in the background without being overly fruity. Really great all-around saison
