January 2018 - Tasting in Hackney. Bottle shared with big thanks to the team. As 'Burning Sky Burial Vault', 8.4%, a 'white stout' collab with Three Floyds. Golden yellow, translucent and still, big foamy off-white head leaves dotted lacing. Aroma is airy with loads of apple. Body is frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste is apple, spicy, dusty, pale buttery malts, dusty spiced finish and a little woody. Tastes like a run of the mill tripel.
