Light body and noticeable hops flavor but without the bitterness. Lingering lime flavor makes it a good sipping beer. My favorite light refreshing summer beer so far. bhensonb (15251) - Woodland, California, USA - NOV 29, 2013
Bomber from Malt & Vine. Kaffir lime leaf aroma. Med minus body. Flavor is lime, not extreme, with zest and kaffir leaf distingquishable. Pale malt. Ends sort of citrus bitter - leaf and zest build up stronger. Interesting. dfinney23 (3323) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUL 11, 2012
Light and refreshing, as you’d expect from a Kolsch, but the hint of lime really adds a tangy, crisp twist. You could really blow the minds of people who think Bud LIght Lime is good with this. Nikiel (879) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUN 3, 2013
Bottle from Belmont Station. Pours light gold with persistent fine creamy foam. Smells solidly of lime and slightly salty almost like a margarita. Tastes sweet and briney with plenty of lemongrass on the finish. BEENJAMIN (290) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 10, 2013
On tap, served with a lime. Smells like a corona with a lime in it. Crisp and clean, drinks like a summer lager, very refreshing and easy going.

Poured a light yellow color. Had more ginger taste to it than lime. The kolsch base was good and it was really quite drinkable. Just wish there was more lime to it. Gription79 (2891) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - JUN 20, 2015
Had on draft at the brewery. Light grainy aroma, light lime/citrus, grainy. The flavor is mildly grainy, very little lime character. Lagerboy (2206) - British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 16, 2013
Bomber. Unclear pale yellow, creamy pillow of white head settles and lasts. Aroma of lime, lemongrass and muted Pilsen malt. Taste is lemongrassy, lime forward, backseat lager malts, some spice and floral notes. Lively carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. Nice enough hot day beer. Very hazy amber; Decent off-white head
Wonderful smell mixes lime with fresh baked bread.
The flavor is much less balanced, with the lime components dominating. Good sweet/bitter/sour balance, with all three present at near equal levels.
Light body with appropriate medium carbonation.

Visual: Pours translucent pale orange with a small head, a thin layer of micro CO2 retention, clusters of very active streams, no lacing.
Nose: mellow kaffir lime leaves, lime zest, overall bright citrus. (lvl-5)-pungency
Attack: incoming sourness
Mid-palate: very tangy, light-med sourness, fizzy-tingly, (MAIN) kaffir lime leaves, lime zest, barley malt, *hints* of lemongrass.
Finish: lingering acidity, bitter lime peel, subtle bitter hopped barley malt finish.
Summary: Discernable bright flavours just as advertised with a somewhat thin mouthfeel. Nevertheless, kudos to Burnside for creating a uniquely tasting yet very drinkable brew. It drinks like a better tasting Corona with Lime.
