COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Burnside Oatmeal Pale Ale is brewed using copious amounts of Crystal, Galena, & Fuggle hop varietals. This is a clean dry Pale Ale with low bitterness and lots of hop flavor. We have chosen to add 75 pounds of locally rolled oats to increase body and give our Pale a sweet creamy finish.

codfishh (202) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 24, 2016
Poured from a bomber. Hazy orange, thin creamy head that fades with some lacing. Aroma subtle biscuit like malt, with a floral/black tea hop aroma. Bready malt flavor some light caramel and some citrus, a slight fruitiness balanced by more of that herbal tea like hop flavor. Mild Astringent finish, creamy full mouthfeel that conflicts a little with the astringency. Overall it’s a decent beer.

650ml bomber. Slightly hazy orange pour, with a big off white head. Dry biscuit Aroma with hints of pine and light candied citrus peel. Mouth feel is quite a bit fuller cause of the oatmeal. Carb is solid. Finish is bready, lots of grains. Medium bitterness, piney, citrus finish. Good, not great.
