On tap at Saraveza’s 6th IIPA Fest, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart wheat and a very subtle hint of smoke. Flavour brings out much more of the smoke, with citrus tartness, wheat and campfire smoke. Well-incorporated smoke into this tart wheat beer. It sacrifices drinkability, but it’s quite well done. slowrunner77 (12051) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 17, 2014
"A darker brew. Medium bodied. Lots of subtleties in the nose and flavor including the smoke. Light fruitiness and nuts, a little in the malty side. Dry slightly smoky finish. This place makes some cool brews."

On tap at Sasquatch Brewing. Pours a clear dark amber color. A sweet light fruit and smoke nose. The flavor is fruity, especially apples, some light dry yeast, smoke but light smoke, very unique. Enjoyable. Alphadelic (2237) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 19, 2011
A little metallic smoked aroma. Smooth, light and lightly smoked. Cold-smoked salmon finish. A light and dainty smoked beer, interesting and drinkable. boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 8, 2011
Tap @ The BeerMongers... Poured opaque, vibrant yellow-ish with a thick white head. Some smoke, campfire tones on the nose. Creamy, smooth bodied with loads or smokiness, nice fruit esters and mild phenols, charred characters and more smoked malts. Quite delicious.

Golden in color, hazy with a thin head. Light smoked aroma with a wheat malt backing. This was nice wheat ale malt with a different flavor of smoke throughout the beer. My hit of the festival. Very interesting and tasty.
Draft horse brass. Pour s hazed golden wheat with tight white head that leaves spotty cotton lacing. Nice balance of wheat, light smoke, hints of apple wood and banana/apple esters. Medium mouth feel with creamy tight carbonation. Dry wheat up front, apple and banana esters come in with subtle smoke mid to late palate that ties it all together for me with a drier finish. Different and enjoyable beer. troopie (2341) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - FEB 2, 2011
Draught. Poured cloudy orange with thin white head. Not much aroma, a bit of toastiness. (Beer is 70 per centum smoked wheat malt). Full flavour for such a light beer (Server didn’t know the alcohol but said was under five per centum). Balanced tart and smoked flavours. Smoky finish.
