COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Simply Hops. For this DIPA we settled on a simple malt bill of pale and flaked oats then used a blend of El Dorado, Ella, Hallertau, Comet & Bru-1 hops in the whirlpool and over multiple dry-hop additions. Fermented with the Lallermand New England yeast strain that brings peach esters to meld with the ripe tropical hop aromas.

Sample from 44 cl can. Slightly hazy golden amber colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with rich tropical fruits, caramel malts and peaches. Taste is bitter. Full body with an oliy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity bitter. Sweet and rich.

[email protected] Tasting - Orange golden pour with white head. Sweet fruity and malty with a medley of tropical fruit, some grapefruit and tangerine, some mango, yeast, medium to full bodied, fruity hoppy into the finish.

Slightly hazy dark golden color with off-white head. Aroma has resiny hops and some pineapple notes. Taste is bittersweet, hoppy, a bit boozy and astringent, medium bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Decent beer but it doesn't go down too well.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2018 Can from Westhill Service Station. Pours a clear copper with a fluffy off-white head. It's looking delicious. Aromas have really fresh hops. It leaves a burn with the dank freshness, dry spiciness and stone fruit sweetness. Flavours have a touch of toffee up first then a light alcohol warmth. A slight tang of bitter lime zest and a spicy fresh herbal finish. It's a soft, full bodied beer that coats the mouth. This beer feels big. Has a nice gently crisp carbonation. My second Burnt Mill and another ten out of ten for balance. It's really drinkable but the super fresh hop sensations burn a couple of marks away.

Aromas of bread, hay with resin, and subtle citrus flavors, the alcohol comes through nicely to round it all off.
