Avaialable in 500ml bottles. A sparkling medium dry cider made from a blend of 11 apples. Previously 6.5%.
NOTE: Not to be confused with the various "Farm Pressed" ciders (which may be semi-sparkling) sold in 1 litre glass flagons or with the still cider sold only on draught or in plastic containers drawn from the barrel.

Made with a blend of at least 11 varieties of vintage cider apples.
The ancient craft of blending vintage Somerset cider apples to produce fine ciders has been handed down through generations. In our orchards we grow 40 varieties oon more than 7,000 apple trees. In the autumn the fruit is harvested, blended and pressed. The juice is then fermented and matured in oak vats.

Benzai (16916) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - AUG 17, 2014
Sampled at the Cock Tavern. Clear yellow golden color, no head. Smells as to be expected: slightly sweet apple juice. Tastes about the same: apple, sweet apple, very dry, lychees. Average body, soft carbonation. Nice and refreshing, but I bit too sweet for me to really like it.

Ferris (17070) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 9, 2014
Cask - Nice funky apples. Clear gold with no head. Not sweet, more umame and a dry clean finish. Not sweet and nice, with a slight tannin.

thirstyrabbit (1860) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUN 19, 2014
Bottle. Golden body, minimal head. Aroma has pure apples. Medium dry taste of apples. Finish has medium tart apple peel. Tastes pretty much like you’d expect a Somerset cider to taste. "11 varieties of vintage cider apples" you say? What’s the point? Sounds like something created by Spinal Tap.

goodbyeohio (36) - Portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 16, 2013
Gold pour produces a distinctly funky aspirin aroma with light phenolics.. a dry mousey element sticks to my teeth, but I am enamored with a bacon-like finish. There exists a light carbonation with a baking soda tart character. it’ s green with champagney stuff happening despite the lack of fizz. Finishes with an impressive caramel corn undercurrent. Flawed but enjoyable.

Borup (15915) - Albertslund, DENMARK - SEP 8, 2013

gunnfryd (15477) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 23, 2013
