COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Has a smooth, refreshing taste. Busch is brewed with a blend of premium American-grown and imported hops and a combination of malt and corn to provide a pleasant balanced flavor. Since being introduced regionally in 1955, the Busch beer brand family has grown to become one of the top-selling value beer brand families. Busch also holds a noted place in Anheuser-Busch history as the first new brand after the repeal of Prohibition.

This beer was designed for fraternities and trailer parks. I dont think this holds much merit for anyone looking for any taste whatsoever.

This and Nat Light are the two beers most likely to be doled out at undergraduate parties at the University of Michigan, where I taught too many years. I think its a cultural thing; drinking these beers is not really about palate, or aroma, or any of these sophisticated categories - its about hormones and loud pulsing music and deleriously not caring about your eight thirty class.

Pale as some of the weirdo wits I might find in my basement, but any similarity to actual beer just about ends there. Sweet, grainy, keeps a fair head, better in the medium temp range than either too cold or too warm. IMO, worse than Bud, Pabst.

UPDATED: AUG 4, 2009 The appearance is that of a lightly yellow, foamy water. The flavor is only slightly crisp.

This is the best beer to drink at a NASCAR event. Enough said.
