COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Busch Ice has a rich, smooth taste with exceptional drinkability and a slightly sweet finish. Busch Ice undergoes Anheuser-Buschs exclusive ice-brewing process, which takes the beer to a temperature below freezing. This leads to the formation of ice crystals in the finishing process, which help create its rich, smooth taste. Ice beer is rumored to have been developed by accident in Germany during Oktoberfest celebrations. A particularly cold year froze the celebrated bock beers, which are traditionally brewed for spring, and a new taste was noticed by the drinkers.

Busch Ice smells cheap. Its taste is essentially neutral. What flavor is present is a little sweet and very grainy. It has a malt liquor profile. Not a great beer, but the price point fits any budget.

Can. Sour malt aroma. Clear gold with a small white head. Waery sour barley malt flavor. Watery, highly carbonated body.

Yes it looks like a very bad beer but I cant give it any points for that. That is the best I can say about this slop.

Not a fan of Busch and wondering why these make their way up in Canada. Alright, seems like Labatt brews it here, and at 5.5% ABV. Expecting this one to be a bit more golden, but no. Pale yellow like their normal version. White head, does last a while and the lacing is pretty good (almost with a creamy edge). Mild aromas of corn and other adjuncts. Smooth, slightly creamy mouthfeel and medium-bodied. Same for the flavours, mild, corn, adjuncts. Nothing really bad here (overall mild) and I can understand why my friend like this one to get drunk on. The Canadian version seems better, judging from the reviews.

Clear yellow color. Tons of bubbles and pillowy white head. Smells like wet cardboard. Sweet and sour at the same time with a little bit of lemon going on. Not a good finish. Drink this only when already drunk.

473 ml can from LCBO. Pours a clear bright golden colour with lasting white head. Aroma is vegetal with stale grains. Flavour is corny with some stale graininess. No finish. Weak body. Bad but not putrid.

UPDATED: DEC 12, 2016 One for the tick only. Putrid sulfuric vegetal aroma is in your face as soon as you crack the can. Luckily, the flavor is not half as bad. Mellow corny sweetness with a whisper of hop grassiness towards the back. Medium bodied with a fizzy but not unpleasant finish. Pours pale yellow, as expected, and holds a wispy head. Its bad but not atrocious. Maybe itll sprout some extra hair in my cravback.
