Bottled. Hazy amber colour, big foamy/creamy head. Aroma is toffee, alcohol, oak and overall quite woody sweetness. Flavour is very much the same along with raisins and grapes. Totally awesome thing.
UPDATED: DEC 27, 2004 Bottled. Hazy reddish amber. Pours thick with no head. Complex aroma of oak, anise and cherries. Super rich soft, dense toffeeish malt dominates. Vinous. Despite it’s exceptional strength it stays reasonably dry. Salty, woody finish. It’s amazing how extremely well Dubuisson’s beer are suited for wood barrel aging. This is just fantastic!Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 20, 2010

Bottled. My official #3000 on RateBeer.
Hazy orange appearance. Lively, but with near no head, Rich aroma of malt, seville oranges and wood. More oaky than any other beer I've had. Firm and super malty with huge velvetty, filling mouthfeel. The woodyness dominates, but also improves the complex malt flavours. There is no hop flavour or bitterness to speak about. A big thanks to fiulijn for sharing this fine beer, to Bov for hospitality and many beers, and the rest of the Swiss elite beer drinkers for good company!

(Bottle 75 cl) As "Bush Prestige". Vintage 2004. Hazy, amber golden with tiny, floating impurities and a bubbly, off-white head. Fat aroma of whisky and oak barrels. Medium body, dry caramel accents - like in a white Port - with distinct and very sophisticated accents of vanilla and oak. Dry and slightly astringent finish with some alcohol. A very interesting beer. 8/4/8/4/16=4 251207
