COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle from Bir & Fud Bottega, Roma. A bit hazy amber beer with a big, frothy, white head. Good malty aroma with piny hops. Flavour is sweetish caramel malts and piney and grapey hops. Quite fruity (peach) as well. Medium bitterness and carbonation. I managed to pour some of the yeast in the glass too so this might have been fresher without.

The taste is light nutty malts. Some caramel. Hints of lemon rind, citrus fruits. Light bitterness. Light body, moderate carbonation. Overall, decent. Tastes a bit faded.

Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione corretta. Well done Mirko!
