Really good aroma, has a full fresh apple smell. Clear good look. Even though I prefer beer, this cider is really a great surprise.

Bottle 330ml. Clear light golden with quickly diminishing small white head. Aroma of green apple, hint of lemon and grape with some acidic notes. Bitter-sour flavor of green apple, a bit spicy, notes of lemon and citrus peels, somewhat acidic with semi-dry finish. Lively carbonation, light-bodied.

Bottle 330ml, served cold. Pours dark reddish to brown. Head is fizzy and disperses immediately. Aroma is weak, of sweet apples and slight strawberry notes. Mouth feel is mostly watery and light, with lively and fizzy carbonation. Tastes slightly sweet and nicely sour, not so dry. Flavors are of sour-sweet cooked green apples, lemon sorbet, over-ripe fruits and some vanilla notes. After taste is very pleasant, lightly sweet and not sticky, with cooked apple flavors. A very nice, refreshing and interesting drink.

Bottle. Clear golden-orange with a minimal head. Aroma of green apples with sour and spicy notes. Moderate sweet-sour apples, light off-flavors, a bit dry, light-bodied.

zvikar (6349) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - JUL 30, 2013
Pours bronze with no head, aroma of apple, pretty sour, flavor is sweet, apple-y with light body, easy to drink

kerenmk (5050) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JUL 26, 2013
On tap at the cider mill’s opening. Cloudy amber. Delicate sour aroma, mildly sour and a little grainy taste. Full body, fresh, biscuity finish.

DSG (15119) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - JUL 22, 2013
Bottle. Clear deep golden color with a bit of white foam. Aroma of green apples, a bit vinous, with a funky hint, sulphuric notes, light spiciness, floral notes and a faint citric hint. Semi-dry flavor, with a bit of sweetness and a bit of tartness, apples, a bit rotten, some alcohol, something weird and unpleasant I can’t put my finger on, a bit of sulphur and an astringent hint in the finish. Aroma is decent, flavor not so much. Maybe just an old bottle, because I’ve had it a few times before and it ranged from "OK" to "good".

tomer (3711) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - JUL 21, 2013
Bottle, clear quite dark gold to brown colour, aroma of apple tart and cinamon, flavour of cooked apples, nrown sugar and a noticable alcoholic presence, carbonation a touch too strong, quite sweet and certainly not dry, doesnwt feel like it is made from fresh pressed apples. Not good and quite heavy, not like a cider should be.
