Bottle at Pint Winterbierfestival, Gouda ‘18. Dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, herbs, caramel, soapy notes, yeast and veggies. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Almost clear mahogany with beige head. Sweet malts, quite some herbs, light bready, soft roast, light coffee, soft yeast and minerals. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with slick feel. DijkBier (691) - AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS - JAN 11, 2018
Bottle pours clear medium dark brown with small creme head. Aroma is very faint, roasted malts, but through the taste comes through some fruitiness, light caramel; moderate bitter, moderate sweet. Rather strong carbo, light to medium body. OK dark ale, but not very much characteristics.

Bottle @ home. Mostly clear brown color. Frothy tan head. Aroma's: roasted, light fruity. Retronasal it's red fruit, light roasted, caramel malt. Flavor is moderate bitter, light caramel malt. Light medium bodied. Roasty and moderate bitter finish.
