From 0.33 l bottle at ’HOPPA!’, bottled in November 2015. Slightly hazy, brownish amber with a thin, frothy, tan head. Sweetish-malty, spicy aroma of licorice, aniseed, fennel and some vegetables. Sweetish-malty, very spicy taste of caramel, licorice, tea, aniseed, fennel and some vegetables, followed by a short, slightly bitter, yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Awful. Don’t like it all. androman (3000) - Maarssen, NETHERLANDS - JAN 21, 2016
On tap at Butcher’s Tears, Amsterdam. Body is opalescent amber, head is big, beige, rocky, mostly lasting, excellent lacing. Nose is citric, spicy, flavor is flora, hemp, honey, tropical fruits, spices. Medium sweet, medium bitter, light fruity sour. Finish is medium lasting hoppy medium bittersweet, light alcohol warmth. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Quite easy dessertish beer, a bit sweet for me, but tasty.
