Bouteille: Hazy, ruby-amber coloured, stable off-White head; bitter-sweet aka hoppy-caramelly nose with a fruity and a nutty touch; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and pretty soft; lingering dry bitter-hoppy finish, balanced by the sweetness of dried fruits and caramel. Very fine... Lukasmh (780) - Aarhus, DENMARK - APR 6, 2015
Bottle. Pours hazy amber with average beige head. Aroma is toasty malts, sweet, figs, spices, subtle smoke, malts and honey. Taste is sweet and really toasty with really nice smoky notes. Dry toasty smoky finish. Well carbonation to spread the smoke. 77ships (9828) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - DEC 20, 2014
330 ml. Bottle sampled @ O.B.E.R. Kestbierfestival 2014. (Thx!) Dark brown, red hue. Little tanned head. Nose is odd varnish & herbs, sweet. Taste is very odd, varnish, herbs, malt, sugar. Odd, not to my liking. adamnowek (2723) - Brussels, BELGIUM - DEC 10, 2014
Pours a really nice ruby-tinged brown, just like that raspberry syrup at IHOP. Well balanced. These guys are a great complement to Amsterdam's beer scene.

This was a nice dark bock beer. A tiny bit of smoke, heavily roasted with some sweet caramel finish. Pours dark reddish brown with a thick soapy head. Tried with Nick and Beth at the brewery in 2014. DutchDrebus (6002) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - JUL 17, 2014

(bottle, 33cl, vintage 2013) Hazy, ruby amber golden colour with a medium-sized and tanned foamy head. Mildly toasted dark malty and fruit-accented aroma with notes of dark and red berries, shades of caramel, chocolate and alcohol. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a smooth and well-matured carbonation. Dark malt-character with mildly toasty notes, bread crusts, a subtle fruity touch and a whiff of smoke, bitter and delicately sweet and toasty finish with a slightly fruity edge and shy traces of alcohol and chocolate. Nice old/strong Ale. 11.II.14 DutchMark (397) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 23, 2013
Nothing wrong with this one but also nothing that realy stands out. Nice head, good carbination and flavor of burned malt and caramel. Not too sweet. A bit one dimensional. Decent bock.
