A clean tasting, refreshing, easy to drink premium bitter. Made using the palest English malt (sometimes known as lager malt), with the addition of finest Slovenian Styrians and Czechoslovakian Saaz hops. A light and fruity beer with unmistakeable citrus notes.

Bottled@Monks Café, Stockholm. Pale golden colour, not much head. Aroma is hops, grass, mild notes of wood and that’s about it. Flavour is hops, wood and some grassy notes. Mild/smooth bitterish grassy finish.

Bottled (4.5%) at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, small head. Fresh aroma of vanilla and citrus. Light bodied and with fresh citric hops. Lightly yeasty with notes of minerals. Like spritzy custard with a bitter edge.

16th April 2010. Clear gold beer. Light dry palate. Light pale malt with a little honey. Marmaladeish orange hop, not that bitter. Just a whisper of sulfur. Finishes dry with a little spicy bitter orange. Not bad.

Clear golden color, small white head. Grassy, sweet malty, a bit yeasty aroma. Crisp, some peppery hoppyness and honey, some fruits. Quite boring and lager-like.

500ml bottle (K CM, Kammpi)
Lovely citrussy friuty and almost floral aroma. Pale, but a little hazy, and with a brief head. Initially a bit thin and watery, but certainly with a pleasant hoppy bite. However, as you go down the glass the hoppy finish builds up and build up until you get quite a tingle with every sip. Malts are light, but balance the hops well, and make this a very good blond ale. Anyone ticking this from less than a whole pint is not giving it a proper chance, as these hops are great.

Keg at The Colston Yard, Bristol. Gold with fizzed white head. Served very cold. Sharp, thinnish malts with a metallic note and wed cardboard hints. Heavily carbonated really, slightly too much for me. Fruity, slightly orange finish.

Keg, half pint shared with Finn at Commercial Rooms (JDW). Dotted spots on the glass from a declining white head. Bright golden body. Mild aroma of pineapple and pale malts. Mixed malt fruity flavours of pale malts, pineapple and peaches. Subdued bittersweet end. Clean, smooth and refreshing. Fair enough. (Bristol 30.04.2017).

500 ml bottle. Finland.
Cloudy golden colour with tiny white head. Sweetish fruity hops in aroma. Bitter fruity hops in flavour. Quite mild and easy. Goes well if there’s nothing else than lager to sip.

pivnizub (10811) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - MAR 6, 2010
Bottle: Pale golden to golden, hazy, small to medium sized lacy white head; moderate to solid noble-hoppy nose with a grainy-fruity background; soft, almost medium bodied, moderate to robust bitter-sweet flavour; lingering hoppy and lemony fruity finish, balanced by some sweet pale malt. Fine english Ale.....
