Matthews Hall, Walsall. Golden beer with medium head and good lacing. Aroma of malts and some fruit. Taste is biscuit, dry malt, some herb and a little fruit. Ok.
Aroma is grapefruit hops, colour pale but not overly so. Biscuity malt with a decent body. Don’t know whether I had a particularly good pint of this, but for once I actually liked a heavily citrus flavoured beer. The only drawback was the overly bitter finish but that goes with the territory. jmgreenuk (9964) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - OCT 15, 2015
Gravity cask at the Forest, Dorridge, winter beer festival 2015. Poured a clear medium amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh grassy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth light hop, light spicy palate and a soft fruity bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Cask at The Market Taven, Durham.
Pours mid-amber with a smooth, foamy, white head. Laces well. There’s sweet orange and grapefruit in a pleasant nose that leads into very tasty orange sweetness in the early taste, before a clean, mid-dry finish. Not groundbreaking but enjoyable. SamVimes21 (562) - - MAR 27, 2015

On cask at Chesterfield Alehouse - Golden body with an off white foam. Aromas are biscuit with lemon and sweet apricot. Light mixed tropical fruit with yeast. Flavours are sweet lemon and mango and slightly bitter grapefruit. Not bad. AshtonMcCobb (6894) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAR 12, 2014
On cask at the Haymarket
Appearance - golden with a nice lacy head.
Nose - meadow flowers and fresh lemon. Some green notes a bit like aloe vera.
Taste - more aloe vera and then grapefruit.
Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish.
Overall - a good example of the style.
