Pours an attractive red color with a thick and fluffy white head. Aroma hints at cranberry and not much else. What you have here is a basic pale ale with hints of cranberry that’s enjoyable enough to drink. Sort of yeasty flavor in the background. Nothing exceptional but not a bad drink.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2006 hazy amber. huge long lasting soapy head. apple juice and some cranberry in aroma. hints of candy caramel as well. very juicy and soda-like. cranberry retains its tartness in the beer and is noticeable in the flavor.

22oz Bottle: Amber mahogany color, light ruby notes. The nose is a bit fruity but comes across more as just a slightly infected amber with that green apple nose, but you can tell it’s a light fruit. The flavor is a bit malty with an average body. Not that great of a base beer let alone adding fruit to it. It’s like the same concept as giving you potpouri spray for after a deuce. You’re just mixing something with something already bad, so it’s worse.

Has a soapy aroma with a small trace of fruit in there as well. Flavor has started to fall apart and is nothing but a average ale with faded artifical fruit flavor. Might have been nice if i had found a bottle of this when it was fresh on the shelf.

On the lighter side for a christmas ale, light hints of cranberry, still an ok beer, just weak for a christmas beer!

Light amber with no head. A bit of cranberry aroma and not a whole lot else. The flavour is a bit muddy tasting, with hints of cranberry. Lacking.

A nice red amber color with a thin white head. looks like a Christmas ale, but its weak fruity aroma and sweet cranberry taste left me looking for some pumpkin ale.

cranberry jelly, vanilla, a1 sauce, gummy bears. No head, amber body. Taste is just off... like the water from shrimp and junk.

Odeed (1806) - Bakersfield, California, USA - FEB 27, 2006
clear orange body.dusty cranberry in the aroma and flavor.dry finish.yup....thats about it.
