This was a decent drinkable beer, but not a whole lot going on here. Drinkable beer plain and simple Ratman197 (15612) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JUL 4, 2007
Bottle poured a hazy light amber with a small lingering offwhite head. Aromas of bread, carmel, light fruitiness and a hint of earthiness. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, earthiness and a hint of pine with a lingering bitter finish. Oakes (19370) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 8, 2007
Hazy light amber colour. Aroma of autolysis and burnt electrical wire. Taste is bland, toasty, fairly clean. Still, a pretty dull brew. unclemattie (4406) - Georgia, USA - MAY 17, 2007
12oz bottle. murky orange color. Little chunks of organic bits, maybe manure, buzzin around inside the pool of mud. Doesn’t smell very good. Kinda like a septic tank! I hope this is just a bad bottle because this is a really awful beer!!! Has a very medicinal flavor with a hint of dirt. The burps are of rubber, GROSS. This one has definitely left an impression. The only beer I have found from this brewery so far that is a beer is Rev X... Very poor. beerinmarch (2830) - Washington, USA - MAY 7, 2007
Caramel malts against citrus hops, the typical northwest formula. Light sweet cereal bread flavor gave me quick flashes of alt bier, but the stronger citrus hops kicked me right back to the PNW. Slightly funky flavor in the finish, kinda vegitable and medicinal, kinda ruined what this beer had in the start.

Bottle. Poured hazy copper with a slight, dissipating white head. Pilsnery nose. Dry and bitter flavor up front. A more cereal-like aftertaste. Overall, an average ale in my mind. sheatripper (863) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - APR 4, 2007
Bottle. Amber color with a frothy off white head. Some disturbing looking floaties as well. Aroma of light malt and hay with some fruit and floral notes. Honeyed cereal malt flavor with a lemon and apple backdrop. Some mild hoppiness on the finish. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. OK light ale. Nothing exciting. burpfrank (299) - carpinteria, California, USA - MAR 25, 2007
This had a sweet, honey aroma with flowers.Color was a good amber.Head good.Palate was good. This is a good Ipa,but not a great IPA.This has a sweet, honey undertone. It’s a bit overbearing in it’s earthy body. Was somewhat hard to drink because it was too overbearing. Not a pleasant drink as hinted by the sweet honey aroma. Not a bad beer, but NOT one of the best.Average IPA,but still way better than the cheap commercial beers, like Miller’s,Coors,Heinikan,Corona,Bud,Schitz, etc. CapFlu (5132) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 18, 2007
(Bottle) Organic beer blind tasting at Brouwers’s in Seattle, March 3, 2007. Thin, dissipated foamy white head with orange amber body. Fig and tomatoes nose with undertones of nail polish. Flavour is tart. Eyeball popping off flavours... bitbucket (2166) - Kirkland, Washington, USA - MAR 7, 2007
Bottle. Pours a lightly hazy copper with a thin white head. Aroma of fruit, nuts and herbal hops. Medium body and carbonation. Nutty caramel taste with a grassy hop finish.
