On tap at Ortinos Northside. Pours a translucent golden orange with a smaller bubbly/creamy off white head. Aroma of caramel, sweet maltiness, some light pine and citrus notes. Flavor of caramel, nuts, sweet malts, light hop bitterness balanced nicely by the malt bill. Dry finish considering the sweet nose and up front malt sweetness on flavor. On tap @ TAco Mac Alpharetta
Pours a beutiful amber/copper hazy and thick. The head is thick, white and persistent. Aromas are muted, the flavor is a balance of hops and malts. The mouthfeel is substantial... thoroughly satisfying, though not as good as the revolution X . shp555 (2024) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAR 14, 2008
Pours a nice copper color with a white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, fruity, and an earthy hop finish. Flavor is malty, caramel, and a fruity earthy hop finish. steview (1088) - Petaluma, California, USA - MAR 3, 2008
weak palate, though wanting to be sharp and chewy here or there; pine, fruit tea aftertaste--quite the descent beer, and nothing great. ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 28, 2008
Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy amber colour with a small white head. Surprisingly mild and subtle aroma of grass, pepper, biscuit, herbs, butter and alcohol. Sharp resiny and sweet full flavour of oranges, lychee, rose hip and brown sugar. Bitter finish of lychee with plenty of sugar and canned oranges in the aftertaste. Weird DIPA.

Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear pale amber, small head. Aroma of caramel and paper with a dash of black cherries. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. There’s caramel and crystalized sugar as well as some unusual rosehip. Sugary finish with growing inky bitterness. Very strange DIPA. Almost no aroma hops up front, it’s too sweet, and the malt structure is sub-par as well. Oscbert (1349) - Lincoln, California, USA - FEB 25, 2008
~ Pours a dirty brown colour. Little to no head.
~ Has a light hop scent. Somewhat sweet. Not as hoppy as I expect from an IPA. Good smell though.
~Strong hop flavor with a little bit of sweetness.
~This beer doesn’t really do much for me. Could be because I had a few dark beers before this one. Could have effected my taste. kenb (1102) - Oregon, USA - FEB 24, 2008
22 oz bottle via Capital Market. Pours a dirty amber with an average beige head. Nose is caremel, toffee, pine, citrus. Taste is toasted graisn, orange, toffee, grapefruit, pine, apricot. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Ok, but nowhere near as good as their 10th anniv. badlizard (5533) - Berkeley, California, USA - FEB 23, 2008
from bevmo. Hazy orange with a creamy white head. Caramel, grapefruit, and pine aroma. Malty caramel taste with a decent bitter bite. CaptainCougar (7634) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - FEB 23, 2008
Pours a transparent copper bronze with a wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of lightly sweet pale biscuity malt and some piny grapefruity notes. Body starts with decent fullness and sweet caramel malty notes along with some light fruity esters. Decently balanced and pretty drinkable, but not quite as fresh a hoppy character as I like in an imperial IPA.
