Bottle. Golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is well hopped and yeasty, and the flavour is slightly grassy, very well hopped, bitter and roasted. Overall a disappointingly flavoured beer.

Clear medium orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, old malt, dusty, toffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (070808)

Cask at the GBBF 2008. Golden colour. So-and-so grainy aroma, hints of basement and butterscotch. Caramel and some fruitiness in the flavour, fairly bland. Drank it too warm though.

[email protected] Golden colour, small head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity and quite grassy. Flavour is grassy, grainy, toffeeish and also has some mild sour wooden notes. Wood and rotten fruits in the rather longlasting bitterish finish.

500ml bottle. Golden yellow with a good white bubbly head. Yeasty aroma and a hoppy finish. I’m in agreement with harrisoni on this, it’s good but nothing special.
