Bottle enjoyed at home
Orange hazy, thin white head. Smell of funk, barnyard, berries, spices, light malts. Moderate sweet, funky, alot of barnyard, moderate acids, tart fruits, light fruity malts, hints of caramel, berries, lactic acids. Moderate bitter, grape stone tail. Very enjoyable

Medium, dense, cream-white head over lazily bubbled clear metallic copper-golden beer. Lightly sourish, fruity and flowery nose, notes of orange(peel), green wood, herbs. And the Brett covertly starts showing itself already. Seriously sourish, lactic acid, Brett, old rags, oxydation, old cookies, lemon, mandora. Tart, near astringent, dry-out effect, yet some slickness backthroat. If somebody had told me gorse is supposed to be edible.... %pre importantly, I’m less and less convinced Brettanomyces can stand on its own. Wild fermentation needs the lambic-like cascade effect to bring out the incomparable results, the Bretts forming the last stage only.

zacgillbanks (5299) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - MAR 25, 2017
750ml corked bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Hazy pale golden coloured with no head. It has a tart apple and cider flavour with sharp, sour red fruit on the spicy, sour warming finish. Very good but a little high ABV.

Bottle at Ratebeer Best. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, funk, citrus, floral. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, light finish, very good.

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Równie fajne co podstawa, tu dochodzą jeszcze Bretty i delikatna kwasowość.

mgajdaczewa (2178) - Katowice, POLAND - DEC 19, 2016
W aromacie rzecz ciekawa, bo obok intensywnej słodkiej pomarańczy wyraźny, lekko kiszony kwas, bretty, agrest, lekko ziemiście. W smaku znów spora kiszona kwaśność skontrowana pomarańczową słodyczą, świetnie ukryte alko. Ciekawe, acz nie wybitne.
