I loved this beer. Complex flavours. Sweet aroma with a good head. Medium body and a creamy texture. I drank this from the bottle. It has travelled well. HogTownHarry (7064) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - AUG 23, 2013
August 23, 2013 - cask at Holborn Whippet. Clear gold, small head. Simple grassy and grainy aroma - taste however is solidly bitter, Goldings or something in quantity, quite assertive with building acidic bitterness. Solid body, chewy and astringent, decent airy mouthfeel, quite a long coatin pithy finish. Great beer. Leighton (22019) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 6, 2012
Cask at CBC, London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Pale straw hop aroma with light hay and grass. Light to medium sweet with a rather strong bitterness. Straw and grass, light and salty dough. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly dry, bitter finish, lasting straw hops, mild grass and white sugars. Very decent. madmitch76 (25276) - , Essex, ENGLAND - APR 21, 2012

Craft. Clear pale gold beer, tidy white head. Light dry palate. Good hops - floral with nice juicy lemon and a trace of orange. Light dry finish. Like this! Light but with good flavour and so very drinkable.
Hand pulled at the Waggon and Horses, Halesowen. Blonde, with a hint of Belgian yeast. Very drinkable. Wet mouthfeel, super smooth. Lemon notes, sweet malt, some hay. Liked it.

BC from the brewery. Pours straw, corkscrewing with fizz under a dense white foam. Attractive, botanical and jammy fruit on the nose with notes of lemon rind, gooseberry, matchbox, grass and flowers. Bright, excitable GA with a floral, lemongrass and lime hop character easing into an oatmeal, biscuit softness. Some dry bite to the finish. Nothing stunning but the kind of refreshing, zesty stuff I’d happily sink a few of on a hot summer’s day.

Cask at Trembling Madness. Pale yellow amber, thin white head. Soft zesty hop nose, hint of bready malt. Soft lemony palate, bready malts, peppery drying bitterness. Soft and easy. Very drinkable. SaintMatty (7476) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - SEP 4, 2013
Cask (Craft Beer Co. Clerkenwell) - Golden with a white head. Earthy hops, yeast and lemon in the aroma. Hoppy and crisp taste with lemon, tea, spice and peach. Nocturne (1992) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - FEB 5, 2014
Cask at Knott Bar, Manchester. Hazy yellow with webs of lace from the white head. Citrussy hops and a buttery, biscuity malt profile come together very nicely. Not much jumps out, but it’s really well balanced and drinkable stuff. imdownthepub (15129) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 9, 2014
Cask conditioned at The Fountain Inn, Leek, Staffs. Gold with white head. Light, quite malty beer, there is a hint of sweetness, easy on the palate with a touch of juicy lemon juice, decent depth, a pretty pleasant blonde beer.
