COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Oatmeal Hopburst Session IPA - brewed with 15% oats and 10% wheat for a really full body and creamy mouthfeel. Very low bitterness but hopped and double dry-hopped with even more aroma hops than Axe Edge. Although Myrcia was originally brewed in May 2016 as a collaboration with our friends Dry & Bitter, Denmark, this beer is a new recipe for the 2017 release.

Bottle. Appearance: light gold, very hazy, persistant head with large bubbles. Aroma: hop bomb. Surprisingly it smells like fresh hops as if you are smelling it from the bag. Pine, resin and a bit of citrus. Mouth: medium to high body, light bitterness, pine +++ spices +

Color oro sprigiona profumi di luppolo e frutta fresca che invitano alla bevuta. Al palato sorprendente per intensità in rapporto alla bassa gradazione alcolica

Heidbummer (1035) - SCOTLAND - FEB 8, 2018
Bottle, Brewdog Edinburgh. Pours hazy lemon gold. Thin white head. Huge funk and wheat aroma. Big thick mouthfeel for the abv. Complex umami, wheat, oats and citrus taste. Great pale ale.

Tap at the Junkyard. Aroma has cereal, herbs, dough, definitely a wholegrain pale. Even an oatmeal one. Pours murky cloudy yellow orange with broken diminishing lacing. Taste is lightly bitter. Palate is slightly above medium bodied due to sticky texture, soft to average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Is it as good as the collaboration? Better raters can judge.

Keg at the Star and Garter, Bromley. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, yellow melon, bitter citrus, corn. Flavours of sweetcorn, grapefruit and lemon rind. Long bitter finish. Tasty.

panda_brewmaster (229) - Bournemouth, Dorset, ENGLAND - DEC 15, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 15, 2017 Hoppy aroma of mostly grapefruit. Creamy texture. High carbonation. Pleasantly crispy taste. Quite sessionable. The low abv of 4% is a minus for me.
