Bottle at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a murky medium brown with a broken off white head. The aroma is sweet malt, Belgian yeast, toffee, caramel, alcohol. The flavour is strong sweet with a smooth, rich, sweet, toffee apple, burnt treacle, warm alcohol palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A super sweet heart warmer.

Drank 04-07-17 while writing. Typical rye-ish quadruple taste. Not that sweet in the beginning, but definitely in the end. Nice.

Draft. Poured clear brown color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with very good lacing. Moderate to heavy complex dark fruit and alcohol aroma. Medium to abundant body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy dark sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate to long duration. My expectations were exceeded with a solid brew.
