NOTE: The recipe for this beer changed significantly in 2011.

A light, refreshing, hoppy pale ale. A showcase for the incredibly aromatic North American hop – Citra. It has a lovely citrus aroma, with juicy fruit flavours in the mouth. Medium bitterness.

A really clear golden looking beer. Hoppy and refreshing pale ale. Slight citrus flavours come out in the beer. Overall a very nice beer from one the best brewerys around!

Rocky white head stayed on a translucent, still, light golden body. Hoppy, citrus & bitter aroma. Medium bodied, smooth on the palate but sharp & tingly on the back. Dry. Very bitter tastes, grapefruit, pith, under ripe fruit, citra & bitter citrus.

Pours clear golden with low white head. Aroma of fruit, honey, light citrus, tangerine. Taste is mild bready bitter with a light sweetness before a lingering bitter finish. Light and smooth body with soft carbonation.

Boothman (21) - Stockport, Cheshire, ENGLAND - JUL 17, 2017
Pours copper with a thick-ish white head which lasts. Smells sweet and citric. Taste initially raspberry/redcurrant but quickly overpowered by the Citra hops. Fairly sweet, good body, quite bitter. A solid all-rounder.

Bottle enjoyed at home
Copper hazy, white head. Smell of grapefruit, zest, hints of tropical fruits, herbs and spices, light malts. Moderate sweet, alot of herbs and spices, juicy citrus, grapefruit, zest. Medium bitter, zesty tail. Very nice

Keg at Cask Pimlico. Nice light session pale. Initial sniff is pretty doughy and chewy but the citrus comes through in the mouth. Well on the bitter side and not exactly bursting with citra character but pretty drinkable.

3.3
Pyrmir (6200) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - MAY 6, 2017
On tap at O’Connors. Clear golden with white head. Aroma is hoppy citrus, pale malt with light caramel. Taste is similar, citrus forward hops, pale malts, faint bread and light caramel.

Nice light refreshing ale. Smells lovely with very mild citrus and blonde ale yeast. Very clear and fizzy. Nice mild fruity take on a blonde ale

Rather decent ale. It has a nice aroma of hops and citrus and is overall a rather refreshing beer.
