Cask (gravity) @ 4th Borefts Beer Festival 2012, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands.
[ As Buxton SPA Nelson Sauvin Dry Hopped ].
Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grass, orange - citrus. UK hops, hop oil. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
On Tap @ Borefts Bierfestival 2012/ The head is unrobust, the body yellow-gold, cloudy. It smells watery, a bit mild, grassy. The taste is without CO², herb-bitter, not very hoppy, not so special and a bit grassy. 8/10/9/10/-/9 Christian (13670) - Odense, DENMARK - OCT 7, 2012

Hazy golden, thin white bubble. Great Nelson Sauvin aroma, pine as well. Very flat but it works. Light drinkable body, very English. Good stuff again. (On tap at Borefts 2012) sic1314 (4775) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - SEP 30, 2012
On cask at Borefts. I’m assuming this is new as the standard SPA pumpclip had the use of the different hop from the standard citra noted. Poured clear and golden white an almost white head. Aroma of citrus and hops. Fairly full mouthfeel and a whole host of citrus among the restrained hops with some pleasant bitterness. Aftertaste is quite dry and more-ish.
