Clear dark black colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocoalte, brett, barnyard, alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, leather - brett, chocolate, light salty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. 
From tap at Borefts. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is smooth fruity and wineous. Light bretty, fruity, bretty and dark roasted malty. Bitter and dry into a roasted dark malty finish. Lingering fruity. Ungstrup (37561) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 27, 2013

Bottle @ yespr. Pours a black color with a longlasting tan head. Has a roasted malty weak bretty chocolate woody aroma with hints of caramel. Roasted malty bitter chocolate and caramel flavor with bretty hints. Has a roasted malty bretty woody chocolate finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an opaque black with a dense and frothy light brown, lacing cappuchinoish head. Farty, Bretty nose. Borefts Beer Festival IV. Day 1. Nice yeast story with this beer! Opaque black beer, tiny pale tan head. Smooth dry palate with mild carbonation. Smooth dark malt. Mild dark fruits. Smooth and somewhat sweet brett on top. Nicely joined up. Dry finish with a slightly spicy aftertaste.

On tap at Borefts 2012, Bodegraven. Pours black-brown with a creamy, beige head. Dark malt nose, light funk hints, lght burnt earth. Medium sweet flavor, definitely some brett funk action, dark malts, Coca Cola, light chocolate, fine bitter earth. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Faintly warming on the finish, dark malts, light Band-Aid, burnt sugars, soft whiskey, burnt wood, some smoke, bitter cocoa. Nice one.
