Cimbasso (1085) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 30, 2017
Bottle from Prohibition Wines. Pours a hazy medium orange colour with a thin white head. Spicy, malty aroma. The taste is rich and sweet with a powerful malt flavour and notes of dried fruit, vanilla, banana and yeasty esters. Mild bitterness. Tastes like an authentic Belgian Trippel - that is to say, very good! Highly drinkable.

On bottle from Vinmonopolet Aker Brygge, special release October. Medium aroma intensity; fruity, light honey, nice yeast influence and some floral notes- very harmonic. Medium full body & complexity . Some light immediate sweetness, balances very well. Very enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Almost clear gold beer, decent white head. Palate is light, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. The expected sweet malts, light floral cream. Touch of spice. Little dried fruits. A semi dry and warming finish. A light and pretty drinkable tripel.
