Kosmokrator (849) - ITALY - JUN 20, 2016
Nebuloso color biondo con spumoso cappello di soffice schiuma bianca. Al naso e al palato è un continuo alternarsi di dolce e amarognolo con miele, malto caramellato, fiori, frutta cotta e luppoli erbacei. Corpo mediamente pieno, strutturata, rotonda, ben rifinita, persistente. Ottima tripel!

Beersiveknown (5303) - NORTHERN IRELAND - MAR 8, 2016
bottle at home from Cotteridge
full bodied, herbal, bitter, lots of yeast floral character, peppery, probably my favourite of the bunch, a classic tripel without the sweetness some in the style possess, finishes properly dry with good dose of bitterness, the alcohol is present but not aggressive - a la westmalle

hazy golden colour, large white head; aroma of orange, orange zest, some peach notes, grains, and biscuit; taste is the same with peppery notes; great tripel!

Bottle from Saveur-Biere.com - Color: clear golden blond beer with small carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: superb caramel malt domination with good belgian yeast balance. Superb nose. Good ester notes with fruity presence and candied fruits. Amazing nose. Taste: medium body with caramel malt attack good fruity notes, superb ester notes and real complexity on this beer. Perfect triple realization. Good attenuation and quiet drinkable. Aftertaste: rich floral bouquet with ester notes and fruity finish. Belgian yeast and alcohol with caramel malt. Superb work!

Bottle from Cotteridge wines. Slight hazy rich golden cour with a thick white head. Aroma deep fruity, yeast spicy. Taste bitter with only a light sweetness. Certainly not that alcohol sweetness. Although the alcohol is evident.

minutemat (6133) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2016
330ml bottle from Beer Gonzo. Pours hazy gold with creamy white head. Aroma is vibrant sweet tripel yeast. Taste is smooth, creamy, verging on the sweeter side of the tripel character. It lacks a little carbonation compared to its Belgian brethren, but thankfully the flavours sing loud and proud. A very enjoyable tripel, certainly one of the better English takes on the style.

erickok (6036) - Leuven, BELGIUM - MAR 17, 2016
Classically styled with golden and yellow fruit malts. High alcohol warmth dominates at first, then a warming golden malt, then a lasting bitterness. But at the same time I love the taste! (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

Bottle. Nose is dusty, herbal, hoppy, cloves, spice, grass, hey. Taste is herbal, yeast, sugar (but not overpowering) lemony, straw, grass, hint of funk, pears, hint of summer fruit, dry pithy orange bitter notes and marmalade in the finish. Mouthfeel is slick.

A very pleasing triple which has a lovely dry finish, nose was a little muted for me however.
