Draught at London Craft Beer Festival. Pineapple and other sweet fruit aromas combine with "gentle" barnyard aromas. Dark amber, off-white foam, somewhat persistent. Creamy malt backbone. Juicy flavours in the middle, yet dry in finish, but not asfixiatingly so. Complex, interesting to bottom. Superb.

A very tasty DIPA that has a nice brett bite. Sour and a citrusy. Tried at Carnivale Brett in A’dam with Nick and Beth at In de Wildeman.

Sampled @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Hazy orange color, small white head. Smell and taste are lightly brett, quite fruity and lightly hops. Nice Double IPA with brett.

Tap at De Wildeman, 6th July 15. As the bar man said, this was so Fxxking great we it another keg. Great aroma sweet, with the Brett coming through, slight citrus, interesting, taste is sweetish, some citrus and lovely wash of the Brett, gives it lemon, bitter refreshing and lingering, great enhancement of the base beer.

Draft @ Brett Fest 2015. Aroma of bitter hops and brett. Taste is a nice combination of bitter pine, grassy horseblanket and tart. Special and nice.

Sampled draft @ In De Wildeman during Carnivale Brettanomyces #4. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is big fruity grapefruit mixed with zest, hugely barn with big hose blanket & some dirty brett. Taste is peach, light nail polish, toiled cleaner brett, fruit, grapefruit, intensely rustic,… Very hazy body. Very close to being too much, brett is just far too dirty, toilet, mop, intense barn-like for me. (Thanks for sharing Benzai, Ceasar, tlahav,…. )

Deep orange amber, off white head. Aroma of marmalade, light funk. Medium to full body, flavour is loads of Brett, quite a dry finish.

Countbeer (6599) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - JUN 27, 2015
Draught:
Hazy orange. White head.
Aroma is fruity, load of fruit with a light funky touch. Awesome!
Flavour is hoppy, bitter, fruit, funk, light flowers, some herbal tones.
Aftertaste is strong bitter with a wood and malt tone and some a dull fruit.
Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, good more than medium bodied.

Draught @ in de Wildeman - brautiful dark orange to red brown body. Strong hoppy flavour, piney but not too flowery. Dark red fruits. Intense fruity taste with a good hit of brettiness. Quite worthy
