A stylish and indulgent contemporary creation. A wealth of ideas and techniques have been poured into the making of beer. It has influences from traditional and new world brewing, with a nicely balanced rich body cut with notions of citrus and a development of spice. A more-ish beer full of character and zest. This is the Horns respectfully doffing our caps, to both the classic European and New World brewing techniques.

[email protected] Criterion, Leicester. Golden beer with a good head. The aroma is fruity with some dryness, and the flavour is fruity with some sourness and bitterness. Overall a good beer for an English wheat beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0,33L Dried apple juice, fermented apple aroma. Rotten egg and milk comes little up. Forest mushrooms on middle. Finish reminds some fruity I.P.A tone. Musty finish is pushing other good tastes.

Bottle from Oddbins London Bridge. Clear gold with very thin white head. Slightly buttery slightly estery aroma. More or less a standard golden ale in the mouth with a little bit of butter. Its clean, but just a bit bland to be honest. Not great condition. Bit too clean.

Bottle at home in London with Lyoli - picked up this bottle at Oddbins London Bridge. Pours perfectly clear, rich honey-gold with a slight, creamy white head. Aroma holds buttery biscuits and slight caramel, some doughy bread. Medium sweet flavor, lightly syrupy, some caramel, buttered biscuits, some hay, hints of toasted straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet malty finish, lightly toasted bread, still some dough, a bit more caramel. In its sugary simplicity it is enjoyable, but its not a great beer.

Nov 2012 - unexpected flavour - sour, medicinal, enduring chemical flavour - antiseptic?, bit of lemon and spice. Ive never had a wheat beer that tastes like this before. Not my cup of tea.

Quite custardy with nutmeg notes. Burnished gold, light carbonation, medium body. Unpleasant diacetyl butterscotch jars with bitter hops leaving mouth wanting. Flinty finish.
